History

  1. 1st Upper Dearne Valley Navigators has been established by a team of Leaders who have many years of experience in scouting, and a group of young people looking for an active youth group.

UK Navigators is based on an American movement established to offer open and independent scouting to young people. We offer opportunities to everyone, regardless or race, age, or gender.

The UK movement is strong in Cornwall and Devon, and 1st Upper Dearne Valley is the first Navigator Group in Yorkshire.

Dress code is generally informal, but the uniform is decided upon by the membership.
