Community Links Dual Diagnosis

  1. The Community Links Dual Diagnosis service supports people aged 16 and over with moderate to severe mental health and co-existing substance misuse problems (dual diagnosis) in the Kirklees area. Intensive support is provided for between 12 and 20 weeks. Self-referrals are accepted.

    The Dual Diagnosis team can support service users to set up and maintain tenancies. Workers provide support around a range of issues, including budgeting, benefits, health, daily living, socials skills and access to education and training.
