History

  1. Following formation of the Club in 1993, membership was opened up to the community, members paying a joining bond and annual fee.

Members have opportunities to participate in recreational angling, or for the more adventurous there are regular sweepstake matches together with away dates for team, pairs and boat competitions. Fly tying evenings are held during the winter months. In building an enjoyable social environment, members support working party duties carrying out essential, lightweight maintenance activities both to the property and the immediate environment of the water. The committee, whilst managing the business side of the club, are dedicated to maintaining and developing the club and it''s environment as a venue that provides to the needs of the members and an enjoyable environment for local walkers and the village community at large.
