You can add or amend news items, and the date will change automatically, although you may need to go back into the entry to see the revised date.

To delete a news item, there is a delete option when you press Edit. This currently works only on the headline, and the text field needs to be saved with at least one digit in it, e.g. ‘x’. Alternatively, you can replace it with a new item.

HIV testing programme

  1. With early treatment, those living with HIV can remain fit and well and have a normal life expectancy and diagnosis reduces the risk of transmitting the virus to the people we care about.

’It starts with me’ provides a confidential, local, flexible, free and fast HIV testing service within the local community. Testing involves a simple and painless finger prick test and can provide results in 20 minutes. If negative, this may be an opportunity to look at ways to remain so. If positive, you can make informed decisions about your health and well-being and treatment options. Anyone interested in finding out when and where the testing will take place can contact: The Brunswick Centre in confidence.
