  1. Paddock Trust is an award-winning charity based in Huddersfield and Batley, West Yorkshire and operates throughout the Kirklees district.

We support people experiencing hardship and lack of opportunity by delivering solutions that improve employment status, health, wellbeing and skills and help achieve greater financial independence. Our work programmes include:

    Employment support
    Digital inclusion initiatives
    Community-based information and advice services
    Training and development
    Well-being and mental health support
    English language training

Much of our work is delivered through one-to-one outreach provision by experienced and trained professional advisors in the most disadvantaged areas of Kirklees. We operate from a range of community settings such as libraries, community and faith centres, schools and other accessible public locations.

Established in 2001, the Trust has developed an extensive network of trusted local partners throughout Kirklees that help us to support residents in some of the most deprived areas of the district. The Trust has developed a deep understanding of the challenges our service users face, and how to successfully overcome these barriers to progress.

Please see our website for more details.
