Huddersfield Ramblers walks

About this activity

Every Sunday we have at least one walk in Kirklees and the surrounding areas. These are graded as:
A walks - usually between 10 and 13 miles miles.
B walks - usually around 8 at a more leisurely pace.

Our walks are open to adults, and children accompanied by adults. People can try a few walks for free, but will be required to join The Ramblers if they want to continue.

Please see the website link under Further Information for details of this week's walks and those in the future.

We also have monthly walks on Saturdays. These are graded as:
A+ walks - usually longer (15+ miles), faster and on more rugged terrain.
A- walks - in the summertime, usually 9-11 miles at a steady pace.
C walks - shorter walks of around 5 miles, aimed at people new to rambling or with their children.

In the summer months, every Tuesday, we have an evening walk of about 4-5 miles.
