Get Inspired Event Kirklees 2026 (Huddersfield)

About the event

Young people in year 11 and their parents/carers are invited to attend the Kirklees 2026 Get Inspired event.

The event will take place at The Accu Stadium, Huddersfield on 1st October from 4.30-7.30pm.

Around 40 exhibitors will attend to discuss the options available after year 11.

Organised by C+K, these annual events provide visitors with the opportunity to talk to and find out more about local further education colleges, sixth form colleges, school sixth forms, training providers, universities, and employers. C+K advisers will be on hand to give individual advice and guidance.
All students are encouraged to attend, even if they have an idea of their future plans.

Information to help schools to promote the event to their students will be sent into schools at the beginning of September and Year 11 students in Kirklees will receive an email inviting them to attend the event in the Autumn term.
