Canoeing (aged 8+) and Caving (aged 12+) activities

About the event

Canoeing:

Explore the local waterways, learning basic paddle sport skills to gain 'Paddle UK' start certificate. All equipment provided and under the watchful eye of our Paddle UK qualified coaches.

Duration: 120 min session
Cost: £30.00 per person + booking fee (you only need to purchase a ticket if participating in the activity)
Age: 8yrs+ (adults welcome)
Advance online bookings close @11.59pm on the penultimate night before the scheduled activity.
Location: Leeds Road Playing Fields. (Exact location will be given to attendees ahead of the date booked).
Call on the day to check on availability of spaces.
Parental supervision required for the duration of the activity.

Caving:

A fantastic day trip exploring a limestone cave within the Peak District National Park.

Walk, climb and crawl through cave systems observing stalagmites, stalactites and fossils.

Duration: 9.00am until 4.30pm (approx.)

Cost: £60.00 per person + booking fee

Age: 12yrs+

Spaces available: 10

Advance online bookings close @ 3.00pm on the day before the scheduled activity.

The cost of the trip includes transport to and from Cliffe House, qualified Instructors and all equipment

You will need to bring lunch, drink, towel and a change of clothing (you may get wet!).
