Undermined - one man show based on the Miners' Strike

About the event

Danny Mellor presents his critically acclaimed show once more to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of this brutal and divisive conflict.

Fuelled by energetic and engaging storytelling, a classic soundtrack and performed with nothing more than one actor, a chair and a pint of beer, Undermined will have you laughing, crying and shaking with anger.

Undermined is a gripping, powerful, witty and gritty play based on the accounts of miners who were involved during the 1984/85 miners’ strike. A show for those who know nothing about the strike and for those who remember it all too well.
