Dewsbury Collegians present Dick Whittington

About the event

This year we tell a 13th Century Tale of a young and very ambitious male.
You've guessed - Dick Whittington was his name, called by the bells of London to seek his fame.
His adventure took him far and wide, with his famous cat forever by his side.
How he made his fortune you will be told, before returning to London with much gold.
Taking Fitzwarren's daughter as his wife, Dick now has the "happy ever after life."
Completed when elected Mayor, this is a story we want to share.
