About The Course
This little bite sized course has run for over 10 years, has proven results and has helped 1,000's of people.

It is ideal for dipping your toes into mindfulness in a safe, nurturing and down to earth environment. It is also great to help those who have a regular practice but want to work with a lovely group or get back into a routine with support.

Though it is 4 short weeks we do not skimp on giving you lots of support, guidance, information and techniques.

We look at ways of being practical and realistic about this thing called mindfulness and how to accommodate it into real life.

What can I expect for my investment?
We concentrate on getting great quick results of some key areas that are typically disrupted by stress and anxiety and at the same time laying down foundations for long term practice and benefits.

What comes after the 4 weeks?
We have a whole program of Mindful Wellness at The Mind Spa This course dovetails neatly into the longer and in more depth 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course based on the Jon Kabatt Zinn model.
For those who wish to go even deeper there is the Mindfulness Facilitator/leader course.

A bit about the facilitator
Adele is your tutor having begun a Yoga Nidra practise at age 16 she has continually developed and studied the techniques of mindfulness & meditation for wellbeing over a life time, following many lines of enquiry and research.
Her psychology degree includes Human development and learning, and cognitive neuroscience always acts as a sound platform from which to bring methods to you, along with her 10+ years experience at her Wellness Clinic The Mind Spa . She is a qualified stress management consultant, hypnotherapist, reiki master and mindfulness and meditation teacher.
During her corporate career she specialized in personal development and coaching and became increasingly interested in supporting people in personal development and managing the stresses and strains of the workplace.
