The Cuckoo is back on Friday 24th (Cuckoo Walk and music night) and Saturday 25th April 2026.

Usually includes Duck Race Raffle, Performances, Music, Dance Sides, Procession, Refreshments and lots more

Marsden's love for this feathered friend stemmed from the fact that the spring and sunshine always came along with its arrival. In days gone by, the people of the village reputedly built a huge wall to try to prolong the cuckoo's visit.
