About the venue

The Greenway actually begins at the end of The Cobbles street (behind Morrisons Store) just beyond the last house. An unmade path alongside this house and then at the tarmac path you are on the Greenway.

There are two routes from Meltham to the beginning - one is to use Near Lane / Park Lane (opposite Carlile Institute on Huddersfield Road) then down the unmade sloping path with yellow handrails which joins the other path from Station Street in Meltham. This brings you out onto The Cobbles and just short distance from the commencement of the Greenway.

The Greenway runs for about a kilometre to Huddersfield Road, near Meltham Mills.
