The building is run by Ashworth Tenants and Residents Association. It was a small bungalow, and has tables and chairs, heating and a small kitchen and toilet.

Disabled access at the rear of the building.

Main room (capacity 30 people) for hire - £15 per hour in winter and £10 in summer.
