  1. We support adults living in the Kirklees area who have autistic spectrum conditions who want to progress into voluntary work, education or paid work. 65% of the people we worked with in the last four years achieved at least one positive outcome.

We also support people in work to keep their job. We aim to encourage each individual's sense of independence, and to help them to develop the skills necessary to achieve their goals.

We can meet with people at community venues local to them. We concentrate on an individual's strengths and aspirations rather than on diagnostic labels. The team has had specialist training to enable them to work with people on the Autism spectrum.
