    No previous knowledge is required and beginners are always welcome!

    With lots of courses to choose from, in different subjects (Functional Skills in English and Maths, Essential Digital Skills / IT, European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), Business, Digital Marketing & Social Media, Employability, Retail, Customer Service, Warehousing & Storage, Health & Social Care, Counselling, Information, Advice and Guidance, Life Skills, Safeguarding, Prevent, Equality & Diversity, Data Protection and many more...) and at varying levels, dip offers tailored training programmes for individuals wanting to re-train or up-skill.

    Unemployed learners can access our ‘Work Ready’ programmes which help them gain new skills and qualifications, prepare for work and also support them achieve valuable licences/certificates (e.g. Food Hygiene, Sage Bookkeeping, Driving, Health and Safety, Manual Handling, First Aid etc.), to help secure sustainable employment.

    All learners are provided comprehensive support to find/secure sustainable employment (e.g. One to One CV, Application Form and Job Search Support sessions, help with finding volunteering and further education opportunities etc.) besides receiving support to develop/progress against various outcomes (e.g. motivation, confidence and communication skills).

    dip prides itself on giving friendly, personalised support to all types of learners and a multi-lingual team is available on-site at most times to help overcome language barriers.
