Hutchinson Deafblind Trust (HDBT)

  1. Based in Yorkshire, the Hutchinson Deafblind Trust is a charity that provides specialist support across Yorkshire for children and adults who are deafblind or have multi-sensory impairment.

    What we can offer:

    • Baby signing groups
    • Play and learn sensory groups
    • Family activity days
    • Small financial grants
    • Specialist training for families and professionals
    • Assessments

    To apply for a small grant please write to the trust with the following:
    • information about yourself, or the deafblind individual you are applying for
    • details on how you intend to use the grant
    • a supporting letter from a professional who knows you or the person you are applying for such as a doctor, nurse or social worker.
