History

  1. Rowley Hill Club was founded about 130 years ago by a group of local workers. Amongst these men were several of the local trades to the area including firework makers, agricultural labourers and miners. It has moved premises twice, firstly to another building on Common End Lane and then to it's current building at 9 Rowley Hill where it has been extended whilst remaining a small and very local meeting place.
