History

  1. We have worked with adults with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) in Yorkshire since 1999 and have aided individuals who have either high-functioning autism or Asperger's syndrome and have previously found themselves being supported neither through conventional mental health or learning disability services. Through activities underpinned by social skills, to progress their re-engagement with employment, education, interpersonal relationships or develop their independence skills. In 2013, our service expanded with an entirely separate service, Autism First, a project working with individuals who, as well as having a diagnosis for autism, also have a learning disability and perhaps more complex needs. We now have sites in Leeds, Bradford, York, Harrogate and Otley.
