History

  1. The venue, St. Mary's Parochial Hall, was built in 1935 as the parish hall of St. Mary's R.C.Church. In 1970 the membership organisation now known as St. Mary's Social Club and Parochial Hall was established to manage the building and develop links with the wider community, which become stronger year by year. Since 1992 successful efforts have been made to invest much time and money to refurbish and upgrade the premises and the immediate environs.
