Yoga with Lesley – New Tuesday Class
Looking for a gentle way to move, breathe and unwind?
Yoga with Lesley is coming to The Civic, Slaithwaite, with a gentle Hatha yoga class suitable for all ages and abilities.
Tuesdays 5–6.30pm
Classes include gentle postures, breathing and relaxation, creating a welcoming space to take some time for yourself.
