Gomersal: today in Open Door Fortnight

About the event

During Community Open Door Fortnight various local community groups would like to welcome you in to show you what they do, have a chat, and perhaps you might like to take part or become a volunteer.

Monday 5th and 12th October:

St Mary’s Church Knit & Knatter Group 1pm to 3pm (£2 for refreshments)

Wednesday 7th and 14th October:

Gomersal Walking Group from Gomersal Moravian Church 10.30am (*only on 7th Oct)

Gomersal Younger Retirees & Over 55’s at Gomersal Public Hall 1pm to 4pm. £4

Wednesday 21st October

Gomersal Indoor Bowling Group, Gomersal Moravian Church, at 10am.


Thursday 8th October

Coffee morning at Gomersal Methodist Church 10am to 11.30am.

With most activities you can just turn up, but some do require booking so please check. Most are free but several ask for donations for drinks, and some have a set fee.
