In Our Hands - print exhibition (Huddersfield)

In Our Hands showcases new and recent work by the established community of artists based in West Yorkshire Print Workshop’s studio spaces in Mirfield and Huddersfield.

The exhibition features a wide range of methods, including printmaking, photography, painting, drawing, animation, and kinetic sculpture. It represents artists working in abstract and figurative modes, as well as those who explore the rich space between them.

Despite the wide variety of methods and styles, common threads run through the work, particularly an emphasis on intimate, hands-on engagement with materials and process, alongside a keen awareness of place and context.
