Rockhopper Running - Hills and Speed Session

About this activity


When the nights draw in and the temperature drops, the best thing we can do is embrace the changing seasons and get our running shoes on. The Rockhopper Running Tuesday Hills and Speed training is a weekly series of coached sessions to help build up strength and conditioning.

Hills and Speed training goes hand in hand with the winter cross-country season - it's a great addition to your training plans.

The sessions are held 6:30pm to 7:30pm on Tuesdays in various locations across Huddersfield.

These sessions are suitable for all abilities.
