Category: walks and conservation River Holme Connections is a charity with a vision for the future where the River Holme is the focal point of the area, full of vitality and right on our doorstep! We want to link up with other groups, individuals, local businesses and schools to help to improve the river for wildlife and people.

River Holme Connections has ongoing projects to help improve environmental quality, revive the heritage of our area and create better access routes along the river and make the River Holme a better place for people to work, learn and enjoy.
