Learn to address confidence issues by gaining confidence and overcoming fear. Learn to value yourself. The time to start is now!

This course is open to:
Kirklees residents
Aged 19+
Who have lived in the UK for 3+ years (or a spouse of a UK resident who has lived here for more than 3 years)
Asylum seekers who have been in the UK for 6 months and are awaiting a decision on status.
