About this activity

Adult Learning Menopause and Me -
This course will help with the knowledge on to deal with the symptoms and stress of the menopause. It will look at coping techniques and available treatments.

This course is open to:
Kirklees residents
Aged 19+
Who have lived in the UK for 3+ years (or a spouse of a UK resident who has lived here for more than 3 years)
Asylum seekers who have been in the UK for 6 months and are awaiting a decision on status.
