Event with Huddersfield Blues Club

About the event

The Blues Club encourages blues love throughout Huddersfield and surrounding areas. It holds monthly sessions and its facebook also lists various blues evenings in local venues.

Dates and venues

  • Thursday 16 January 2025 - 8:00pm, Jed Thomas Band - Jed's blues guitar playing is a mix of classic Delta style, slide guitar and electric blues. Along with Paul Austwick on Hammond, Nibbsy Toase on bass and Fiete Blümel on the drums.
  • Thursday 13 February 2025 - 8:00pm, Esteemed veteran local blues legend the one and only James O'Hara + band
  • Thursday 6 March 2025 - 8:30pm, Andres Roots (his real name!) is a slide guitarist from Tartu, Estonia who is known as the country's “internationally best-known player of pure blues”.
