Activities at Chickenley Hub

Chickenley Hub has been at the heart of the community for over twenty years, providing quality services and facilities to help improve education, health and well-being of all local residents.

Activities may include (checked March 2025):

Monday Mid Yorkshire Trust Pulmonary 1.30pm

Monday - Mencap 6pm - 8pm

Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3.30pm Building Abilities: A local and personalised day service for adults with learning disabilities. Promoting greater independence and a more inclusive society.

Majorettes: Tuesday/Wednesday

Junior Youth Club (YPS): Tuesday

Garden Club: Wednesday

Luncheon Club Thursday: 12noon

OAP Social Club Thursday: 1pm to 4pm (lunch and social activities)

PHAB Club: Thursday 6pm-8pm for young people and adults of all abilities.

Friday Mid Yorkshire Trust Pulmonary 1.30pm

Last Friday of the month Building Abilities social evening.

Also young peoples youth clubs run over Spring Break, Summer, half term and Christmas. There is morning and afternoon session 8 -12 yrs & 12 - 18 yrs.

We offer activities for all ages, including youth clubs, majorettes, pensioner lunches and social club, and community gardening for both adults and young people. There is also a day service for those with learning disabilities.
