Hade Edge Band: playing and training opportunities, and venue hire

About this activity

Our Senior Band are always on the look out for first class brass players who are at the standard of a First Section band. We rehearse on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm.

We have a thriving B Band for those who are interested in playing with a Brass Group but not necessarily interested in "Contesting". Rehearsals take place on Thursday for the B Band from 6.45pm to 7.45pm.

There is also a Trainer band for beginners in brass. No age limits. Rehearsals take place on Thursday for Trainer band from 6pm to 6.45pm.

We have instruments available for younger players, these are known as P.Bone instruments as they are made of plastic and are very easy to learn on.

Our bandroom is also a venue for other activities and we have excellent facilities. If you are considering holding an event such as a rehearsal: party:occasion:wedding reception etc please contact for further details.
