Holmfirth Friend to Friend

About this activity

Categories: social; sport and fitness, older people. Friend to Friend is a charity in the Holme and Colne Valleys providing activities and company for older people. Their groups currently meet in Holmfirth, Honley, Marsden, Meltham and Netherton.

In Holmfirth there is the ‘Holmfirth Project Group’ (various activities), ‘Holmfirth Big Meal’ and a Zumba group (seated exercise).

Dates and venues

  • Thursday 2 November 2023 - 1:30pm, Armchair Zumba on the 2nd and 4th Thursday. Should run till at least the date shown but please check the website under Further Information for any changes.
  • Friday 3 November 2023 - 11:00am, Project group meets for activities from 11am on 1st and 3rd Fridays. The Big Meal is on the last Friday of the month from 11.45am. Should run till at least the date shown but please check the website under Further Information for any changes.
