Dewsbury Nourish To Flourish Women's Group

 A women's holistic wellbeing group meeting at The Arcade Pop Up Dewsbury.

We meet every Wednesday from 10am to 1pm. Our sessions are relaxed and welcoming ,there’s no pressure to join activities if you’d rather enjoy a cuppa and a chat.

Created by women with lived experience, these sessions are built around what we know people truly crave: connection, understanding, and a safe space free from judgment. We’re here to support women to reach their full potential, in an environment where everyone can feel comfortable and thrive.
