Active Coffee Mornings - every last Thursday in the at The Arcade Pop-Up in the Princess of Wales Precinct, Dewsbury.
Join us for gentle, fun activities like table tennis, boccia, and chair exercises - ideal for those looking to improve mobility and meet others in a relaxed, friendly setting.
Community groups in attendance.
