Dinky Disco at the LBT

About the event

Gather up your mini movers and shakers for a daytime dance party for little ravers and their sleep deprived chaperones!
At Dinky Disco our resident DJ spins tracks specially chosen to be enjoyed by little tapping toes and also get big people grooving (sorry no 'Baby Shark' here!)

Take part in some simple dance activities led by us or bust your own moves with lights, glow sticks and other sensory toys in a fun, club-like atmosphere.

  • Friday 19 April 2024 - 11:00am - 12:00pm, Our April Dinky Disco is in collaboration with Huddersfield Literature Festival and will take place in a tipi in our beautiful Courtyard!
  • Friday 17 May 2024 - 11:00am - 12:00pm, Join special guest Hardeep Sahota as he spins lots of Bhangra bangers. Bhangra is a traditional folk dance of Punjab in India, known for it's energetic style - perfect for getting big and little people moving and grooving!
