Dewsbury: Your Health in Mind Project activities

About the event

Bringing together a Dewsbury-wide project, for you and your community, aimed at supporting emotional health and wellbeing for Dewsbury people. Try outdoor and indoor activities, link up with others, lend a hand to help out or share your skills.

Various activities may include gentle walks and women only walks, crafts, use of natural health products and much more. Usually activities take place on a weekday during the day.
