About the event
The virtual 2021 Apprenticeship Event will take place on Thursday 11th March from 4-9pm. The event is aimed at people in Kirklees and Calderdale who are leaving school or college this year or not in education, employment or training and interested in finding out more about Apprenticeships. The event will simulate a ‘traditional careers fair’ environment and visitors to the event will be able to log on and browse virtual stands, chat to employers/providers/colleges, get information on current apprenticeship opportunities and courses. There will also be a series of live streamed presentations about Apprenticeships taking place from a variety of organisations. Careers Advisers from C+K Careers will also be on hand throughout the event to provide advice and guidance to visitors who would like to chat to them.
The event is run by C+K Careers and is sponsored by Appris, Askham Bryan College, Bradford College, Kirklees College and KNH/Kirklees Council. For more information, potential visitors can click on this link to our website: https://www.ckcareersonline.org.uk/news-2/362-our-c-k-virtual-apprenticeship-event.
