About the event
On the fringe of Kirklees the Farm is not far from Bretton Park and Clayton West.
Farmer Roger is 80 this year and our pals Jules Hudson and Peter Wright (from the Yorkshire Vet) will be here with Farmers Richard, Robert and David to help him celebrate.
This staged event will be a celebration of a life spent farming, and will include plenty of anecdotes and stories from days gone by.
Each ticket includes access to one of the special sessions in our event marquee and also include all day admission to Cannon Hall Farm so you can enjoy all our family farm has to offer – including our amazing animals, a packed programme of talks and races, our roundhouse, our small mammal house and our reptile house.
We will also be celebrating the launch of Peter’s new book – and there will be opportunity to buy signed copies on the day.
All tickets have to be purchased in advance online – just select your ‘A Life In Farming’ session time and you can access the farm anytime from 10am on the day.
