  1. The rock and roll club has been going for over 20 years it was run by St. Mary's committee but numbers had fallen off. So in 2006 we formed The Batley Rock and Roll Club and turned it in to a lively well attended rock and roll club. We now attract between 50 to 70 people on Wednesdays and 100 to 120 on the one Friday we have monthly. We limit attendance to 120 to give people room to dance.
