The Crafty Swop Shop – Give, Take & Create!

Do you have yarn, fabric, craft bits or creative supplies sitting unloved in a cupboard? Or fancy picking up something new for your next project? Then come along to our Crafty Swop Shop!

This lovely, eco-friendly event is all about sharing creative supplies, reducing waste, and raising money for a women’s lifestyle charity in Rorya, Tanzania. We’ve already helped fund sewing machines – and now the women are hoping for some sheep.

Donate craft materials you no longer need (yarn, fabric, embroidery, art materials, candle-making bits and more)

On the day, browse through beautifully organised supplies and take what you can use.

Leave a donation for anything you take – all proceeds go straight to the charity.

There will also be tea, coffee and homemade cakes, plus a small exhibition of items made from “scraps” and some pattern ideas to spark inspiration.

Anything left over will be sent to Tanzania or passed on to a local charity – so nothing goes to waste
