Music at Huddersfield Jazz

About the event

Huddersfield Jazz is a voluntary, non profit-making organisation run by a small group of jazz enthusiasts. Our aim is to provide live jazz featuring a variety of the best national and international musicians, as well as providing opportunities for newly-emerging players.

The club holds monthly events from September to December and from March to June.

Our latest gigs will be held in the Irish Centre, Huddersfield (86 Fitzwilliam St, Huddersfield HD1 5BB), where a full bar will be available for drinks on the day of the event.

  • Sunday 24 March 2024 - 2:00pm - 4:00pm, A tribute to Benny Goodman with the Derrick Harris Septet featuring Alan Barnes.
  • Sunday 21 April 2024 - 2:00pm - 4:00pm, Rod Mason Quartet
  • Sunday 19 May 2024 - 2:00pm - 4:00pm, Huddersfield Jazz host the fantastic Threeway.
  • Sunday 23 June 2024 - 2:00pm - 4:00pm, Vibe-ology covering a wide range, from jazz and blues to Latin and funk.
