This course is designed for the beginner and improver and week by week we look at where you are in terms of peace of mind, practical steps and techniques to help you. We look at realistic ways and differing methods of meditation that can fit into your life.

I guide you breath by breath through some beautiful meditations which we build up in terms of time and complexity through the 4 weeks.
