About the event
What is the Big Number Natter?
The Big Number Natter is a chance for you to talk about your experience with maths, get advice and support on becoming more confident with numbers and take part in some fun, informal activities to make numbers easier to understand. There will be loads of activities throughout the event to help you build your number confidence, and there’s some prizes up for grabs, including £20 shopping vouchers for some lucky winners!
The team of advisors from our Multiply programme will be on hand to talk about how we can support you to include maths more in your daily life. This could include improving household finances, helping children with homework, making more sense of the facts in the media, or improving numeracy skills specific to a line of work.
You will also get the opportunity to talk with some past and present participants, who can help reassure you that numbers aren’t so scary!
